The comb like building plan with 10 wings encloses landscaped gardens as buffer zones insulating the building against pollution, emissions and noise. Plants chosen from five continents symbolizes Lufthansa’s global connections. All 1,850 office work places have views into the glass roofed gardens and can be naturally ventilated. All gardens are accessible to relax in, or even to organize a small conference.
